Received several calls about a what looks to be an adult female seal hauled out on Mwnt beach. Unfortunately there wasn’t a lot we could do on this occasion. We handed the case over to the RSPCA. Adult seals rarely haul out on public beaches. It’s likely that this seal was seriously unwell.
